　Ⅰ．緒言

　最近Speech Audiometryに関する研究が盛んとなり純音聽力損失と言語聽力損失との関係が問題となつて来た。之の関係に就ては外国ではFletcher及びFowler-Sabine等の理論的研究の外に臨床的にも多数の研究が行われて居る。そしてその間に全く相関があると云う人と反対に感音系難聽では無相関であると主張する人とがある。我国では岡本，富永等の研究があるが，著者は先ず正常耳を有する人に就て純音周波数帯域と語音聽取との関係に対して実験を行い一部その結果を得たので茲に発表する。

　TAKEYAMA studies the relation of pure tone and speech reception by first obtaining the degree of clearness with which a normal ear receive of logatome speech. Which is then, compared to that of P. B. List. The logatome speech is then passed through 4 types of Band Pass Filter. As a result, it is found that for speech reception the range of 2,000 and 1,000 cycle is the most important but, 500 or 4,000 cycles may be regarded as of being on fringes of importance.
