鼻と視器とは近接し，殊に涙嚢粘膜は，下鼻道粘膜に直接に連続しており，且，涙嚢は副鼻腔に包まれた状態にあるので，鼻疾患が涙嚢に波又することは少くない。私はこの3例を経験したので茲に報告する。
MURAKAMI reports 3 cases of inflamma-tion of lacrimal sac and maintains that treat-ment of this condition should be directed to caring of paranasal sinusitis which is invariably the cause of such an involvement. Paranasal sinusitis is best treated intranasally and in the event that operations are performed on the ethmoids where most procedures are with-out sight extreme care should be taken to avoid causing any injury to the lacrimal sac itself.
