- Abstract 文献概要
我々は比較的稀な疾患とされている耳性帶？疱疹の1例を經驗したので茲にその大要を報告する。尚本邦に於ける從來の報告は33例である。
ISHIKAWA AND KAWAOKA report a case of herpes zoster oticus that showed a concommitant involement of cranial nerves, the Ⅴ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅹ and ⅩⅡ. Herpetic vesicles are seen on the walls of the external auditory canal and tympanic memebrane; the spinal fluid showed a marked increase of lymphocyte count. Herpetic manifestations are alleviated after a total administration of 12g. of aureomycin along with the use of 75mg. of vitamin B1 given in 15 intraspinal instillations.
