- Abstract 文献概要
篩骨骨腫は1828年Kooperによつて精細に検討されたもので，その特徴として，侵入性があり洞壁の侵害や周圍器官への壓迫を起すが，組織學的には良性で發育は遲い。
骨腫の發生原因は未だ明らかにされていない。
MATSUYAMA reports a case of osteoma of the ethmoidal in whom the growth, which was shown to be composed of both, hard and cancellated bony tissues, was found forced into the frontal sinus by destruction of its floor. The chief complaints of the man, aged 55 who was otherwise in good health, were that of severe migraine headaches, double vision and excessive lacrimation. The tumor was remo-ved by external approach without undue hemorrhage.
