　最近化學療法の進歩に從い，一般に副鼻腔炎より眼窩内合併症或は頭蓋内合併症を發生する事は甚だ稀となつた。最近私は急激に眼窩蜂窠織炎を併發した偏側全副鼻腔炎の1例を經驗したので，茲に報告し，諸賢の御批判を仰ぎたいと思う。

TAKEDA reports a case of unilateral pan-sinusitis with inflammatory complications of the soft tissues of optic fossa on the same side. All sinuses on the right side of face, that is, frontal, ethmoidal, sphenoidal and maxillary were involved with purulent inflam-matory process. At the time of operation it appeared that ethmoidals were the source by which inflammations spreaded to others in particular and the involvement of the optic fossa was due to the breakdown in the floor of frontal sinus.
