  • Look Inside

A 28 year-old man had suffered from the swellings on the lids, chemosis, exophthalmos of right eye and so on, lately, became alike a marked orbital cellulitis. He had a remittent fever and developped the tendency to leucopenia.

In spite of the administration of large dosis of corticosteroid-hormone and antibiotics, the symptome got worse, and he was treated with the orbital exenteration regretfully. After no-ticing the ophthalmological symptomes, he died in about four months.

The biopsy of the orbital tissue and the subcutaneous nodule of the leg showed the feature of the panniculitis.
