- Abstract 文献概要
上顎癌腫の早期診斷により早期に外科的處置を爲すのは比較的難しい。完全な摘出手術にも關らす不慮の轉機をとることが多い。
上顎の癌腫はいづれも一般に頸，顎下腺に轉位ずることもあるが遠隔轉位は極めて稀なるものとされている。
MATSUYAMA reports that a case of cancer of maxillary sinus, in spite of whose immediate favorable progress postoperatively, resulted in patient's death with widespread metastasis in various parts of the body. Necropsy revealed metastasis in the anterior part the cranium, in the spinal canal at the third thoracic vertebra, in the pleural cavity at the apex of the right lung and in various abdominal organs.
