- Abstract 文献概要
緒言
耳鼻咽喉科領域に於ける癌特に鼻咽腔の扁平上皮癌の報告は左程珍らしくはないが，中咽頭より下咽頭後壁に亘る扁平上皮癌の報告例は文献にも10数例みうるのみである．私は最近59歳の主婦の中，下咽頭後壁に発生せる扁平上皮癌の症例に接して之れに対しラドン針腫瘍内挿入及レントゲン深部照射することにより軽快臨床的治癒せしめ得た経験を得たのでここに記述する次第である．
YAMAMOTO reports a case of laryngeal car-cinoma an epithelioma which occurred in a wom-an aged 59. Chief symptoms complained of were that of the presence of laryngeal foreign body. By way of treatment the number of radon needles inserted in the growth totalled 15 and irradiatio-ns with deep roentgen ray were given 8 times to each side of neck totalling 16 which amounted to 3,300 r. At the end of this treatment clinical symptoms subsided and the patient was cured.
