成人に見た特発性咽後膿瘍のⅠ例

　緒言

　咽後膿瘍の威立機転は特発性と続発性に分けられ前者については咽後淋巴腺が7〜8歳頃より萎縮し始める為に成人の特発性咽後膿瘍は比較的稀とせられている．余等は特発性と断定し得べき成人咽後膿瘍の治験例を得たので報告する次第である．

KISHI reports a case of laryngeal abcess w-hich was manifested with a swelling on the left side of the neck to cause limitation in the motion as well as dysphagia. The cure was effected by paracentesis and removal of the content of the abcess by simple suction.
