　緒言

　他覚的耳鳴はその原因により血管性と筋肉性に大別され，その頻度から見ると前者は後者より遙かに多い．之の血管性他覚的耳鳴に就ては既に内外に多数例の報告があり，その原因も種々挙げられているが，殆んど血管そのものの変化即ち動脈瘤，血管腫，動静脈瘤，動静脈瘻孔，頸静脈球の鼓室内露出等である．

　我々は最近脳腫瘍による血管性他覚的耳鳴の1例を経験したので報告したい．

KANABN AND YUEN report a case of cereb-ral tumor which proved to be an ependymoma that caused visual disturbances and marked tinitus auri-urn. The patient, a woman aged 25 without signifi-cant past history, was examined and diagnosed a brain tumor. Operation showed the tumor, the size of hen's egg, to be situated near the sella turcica and the removal was effected in parts as the situa-tion prevented its removal in whole. After the ope-ration there was improvement in tinitus but apparr-ently none for the vision.
