慢性副鼻腔炎とアレルギー

　從來，鼻アレルギーに關しては，米國諸學者等の研究以來，主として枯草熱，花粉アレルギー等の急性アレルギー性疾患に重點がおかれ，Urbach，Hansel等を始めとし，多數の研究業績の報告を見るが，慢性アレルギーに關しては，臨床的に餘り特有の症状を現わさぬ爲，その研究は等閑視されていろ現状である．

　抑々，アレルギー性疾患という名のもとに，pirquet等のうちたてた學説は，次第に發展し，Aschoff，Urbach等は，結核症を始め，あらゆる傳染性，細菌性疾患には，その終過中に必ずアレルギー性因子が關與し，その發生，經過，豫後等を規定すると考え，之等と，個體が豫め感作された後に抗原が二次的に進入して起る狹義のアレルギー性疾患とを區別して，前者をallergisierende Krankheit，後者をallergische Krankheitといつており，武田は，前者が1次性血清病（異種血清の1回注射の後1週間前後に起る疾患）と發生機序が類似する事から，前者を1次性アレルギー，後者を2次性アレルギーと呼んでいる．

To arrive at a diagnosis of allergic paranasal sinusitis such points are deemedras of a great importance. There is a possibility that the mucous membrane in allergic to be secondarily invaded by bacteria in becoming a chronic shnusitis but, there is also that that primary bacterial invasion producing allergy by bacteria per se or by other Inflammatory products acting as antigens to cause formation of antibodies. In view of these findings, the authors conclude, that, while antiallergic treatments may be appropriate for the fotmer condition but, in the latter, treatments by means of antibiotics or operative measures appear to be the method of choice.
