緒言
故久保猪之吉博士の命名せる術後性頬部嚢腫は，上顎洞手術後の晩發性合併症として多數の報告例があるが，余は最近その内容が140c.c.に及ぶ巨大な術後性頬部嚢腫の1例を經驗したのでここに報告する次第である，
Tsuchida raports a case of a large cyst of zygomatic region in a woman, 36 years of age, who had undergone a radical paranasal operation 19 years previously. The patient firtst noted the pres ence of the tumor mass about 8 years ago. For the last 3 years the mass had taken to growth, and at the time of the examination the patient co mplained of pain from pressure symptoms. The tumor is removed surgically. Histological examination of the removed specimen shows it tode a re tention cyst.
