眼球突出を主とせる手術後頬部嚢腫の一例

緒言

　さきに小口氏は昭和27年上顎洞嚢腫の一例を報告されましたが，私も今回眼球突出と視力障害を主とし永い間原因不明であり，X線照射治療中に口腔へ内容自潰することにより，症状頓みに軽快し，手術後頬部嚢腫による眼球突出と診断し得た比較的珍らしいと思われる一例を追加御報告申上げます。

One case of the postoperative cyst of the cheek which was occured 25 yrs. after the operation of maxillar sinusitis was presented. Exophthalamus and vision disturbance were its chief complains. This cyst brusted spontaneously into the buccal cavity 1 year after and it was treated surgically resulting the recover of vision.
