I．はじめに

　近年，CT scanの導入により転移性脳腫瘍発見の比率が増加しているが，これらの治療方針や手術適応については未だ議論のあるところである^{17,18,23,24）}．今回，著者らは甲状腺癌手術後3年の経過を経て，多発性脳転移にて発見され，同時に未破裂脳動脈瘤を合併した症例を経験し，脳腫瘍の全摘手術と脳動脈瘤のネッククリッピングを一期的に施行した．そこで症例を呈示し，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

Abstract

A 73-year-old woman was admitted with coexistence of multiple metastatic brain tumor and cerebral aneurysm. She has been operated on for a tumor of the thyroid gland 3 years before. Computed tomography (CT) scan revealed well-defined, homogenously en-hanced masses in the left frontal and right posterior temporal region. Right carotid angiography showed a tumor stain supplied by the branch of the fronto-polar artery. Left carotid angiography showed an aneurysm at the anterior communicating artery and a tumor stain supplied by the posterior temporal artery.
