I．はじめに

　Von Recklinghausen病に，gliomaの合併をみることはさほど稀ではない^18）．特にoptic gliomaの合併例は数多く報告されている^17）が，大脳半球glioma合併例の報告は比較的少ない．また本症例のごとく同一大脳半球内に多発性gliomaの発生をみたとする報告は極めて稀である．今回，われわれは，本症例の腫瘍組織について，電顕像とともに，免疫組織化学的検討を加えたので，報告する．

A case of intracerebral multifocal gliomas with von Recklinghausen's disease is reported. A 12-year-old boy was admitted to our hospital with an episode of convul-sive attacks which were uncontrolled by anticonvul-sants. CT scan and MRI revealed small well circum-scribed tumors in the left frontal cortex and left parietal subcortex. Both of the tumors revealed low density in plain CT scan and low intensity in T1 weighted MRI. The vascularity of these tumors was poor in cerebral angiography. In other words these tumors were of asimilar nature.
