Ⅰ．緒言

　von Recklinghausen病にみられる骨異常は珍しくない．しかし頭蓋骨の異常は比較的稀である．頭蓋骨の異常としては主として蝶形骨の欠損であり，次いで後頭部頭蓋縫合に一致してみられる骨欠損である．その他の部位についての欠損は非常に稀である．われわれは頭蓋骨の種々な部位に骨欠損があり，しかも部分的に広範な骨欠損のみられた興味あるvon Recklinghausen病の1例を経験した．さらに経時的に4年間にわたって観察し，骨欠損の拡大進行している部位を確認しえた．最近CTscanによりこの拡大部位に一致してhigh density areaがみとめられ，手術を施行，組織学的にも同部位のneurofibromaを証明した，本症例では，一次性と二次性の骨変化が考えられた．ここに本症例を報告し，文献的に考察をおこなう．

A relatively rare case of von Recklinghausen's disease with large cranial done defects was reported.

A 38-year-old male was admitted to the hospital on August 21, 1973, for evaluation of generalized convulsive seizures. Observations of the patient showed deformity of the head, left exophthalmos, numerous subcutaneous nodules and cafe-au-lait spots all over the body. Plain skull roentgenograms demonstrated a left sphenoid hone defect and multiple calvarial bone defects from the parietal hone to the occipital bone. Neurological and angiographical examinations revealed no space taking lesion in the brain and the patient was followed up.
