Rathke’s cleft cystのみられた石灰化下垂体腺腫の1例

A Case of Calcified Prolactinoma Combined with Rathke's Cleft Cyst

I．はじめに

　X線上，トルコ鞍上部に半円弧状の石灰化のみられたプロラクチン（PRL）産生下垂体腺腫の1例を経験した．本例はさらに病理所見上，Rathke’s cleft cystを伴っていた．下垂体腺腫とRathke’s　cleft cystとの合併は近年transitional　cell tumorの概念^15,16）も提唱されているが，両者が完全に分離した形での合併例は極めて稀で，症例を呈示し，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A case of chromophobe adenoma with capsular calcification combined with Rathke's cleft cysts is presented.

A 28-year-old woman presented with a seven-year history of amenorrhea. Several months before ad-mission to our department of neurosurgery on Novem-ber 6, 1982, she developed galactorrhea and difficulty in reading because of visual failure.

Neurological examination on admission revealed bitemporal hemianopsia, visual disturbance, left optic atrophy.

Plain skull films and CT scan showed suprasellar capsular calcification.

The patients hormonal status was assessed pre- and postoperatively.
