ウイリス動脈輪の血管異常を伴った後交通動脈瘤の1症例

A Case of Posterior Communicating Artery Aneurysm Associated with Vascular Anomaly of Circle of Willis

I．はじめに

　内頸-後交通動脈分岐部より発生した動脈瘤は脳動脈瘤の25％を占め，その数も多い，しかし，後交通動脈自体より発生した動脈瘤の報告例は非常に少ない，最近われわれは後交通動脈瘤にウイリス動脈輪の血管異常を伴った症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

The patient, 68 year-old, male, was admitted to ourclinic with episode of the second attack of subarachnoidhemorrhage in October, 1979. The cerebral angio-gram demonstrated an aneurysm arising from thejunction of posterior communicating artery andaberrant origin of the anterior choroidal artery. Addi-tionally, bilateral posterior cerebral arteries were filledonly through the anterior circulation via the posteriorcommunicating artery. The patient was successfullyoperated with clipping of the aneurysm through thepterional approach.

The aneurysm arising from the posterior communi-cating artery itself is exceedingly rare.
