前交通動脈瘤に合併した石灰化巨大下垂体腺腫の1例

Anterior Communicating Artery Aneurysm Associated with Huge Calcified Pituitary Adenoma

I．はじめに

　石灰化巨大下垂体腺腫は非常に稀である．われわれは，前交通動脈瘤と著明な骨破壊と石灰化を呈した巨大下垂体腺腫の合併例を経験したので，その病理組織像と石灰化の成因について，若干の文献的考察を加えて，ここに報告する．

An unusual case is reported in which anterior communi-cating artery (A-Co-A) aneurysm was associated with hugecalcified pituitary adenoma.

A 59-year-old woman was admitted to the Fujisawa CityHospital because of sudden onset of headache with nauseawhich was proved to be SAH by lumber puncture. Neuro-logical examination revealed somewhat disoriented patientwith mild nuchal stiffness. Her optic fundi were atrophicbilaterally and she had diminished visual acuity with temporalhemianopia of the right eye.
