中大脳動脈末梢部動脈瘤を伴ったMarfan症候群の1例

A Case of Marfan's Syndrome with a Ruptured Distal Middle Cerebral Aneurysm

I．はじめに

　成人において，中大脳動脈瘤は，その大半がbifurcation部に位置するとされ，末梢部に存在する動脈瘤は外傷性・細菌性動脈瘤が大半を占める^1），一方，Marfan症候群も稀な先天性疾患であるが，なかでも同症候群に頭蓋内出血を伴った例は極めて稀である．今回われわれは中大脳動脈末梢部動脈瘤を伴ったMarfan症候群の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A case of ruptured distal middle cerebral aneurysm is reported, A 20-year-old man with Marfan's syndrome suffered from sudden loss of consciousness. A CT scan and cerebral angiogram revealed a distal middle cerebral aneurysm with a large intracerebral hema-toma. The aneurysm was clipped and the hematoma was evacuated successfully. This case is presented and the literature related to the aneurysm associated with Marfan's syndrome is reviewed.
