I．はじめに

　原発性脳腫瘍の神経管外転移例は稀であり，menin-giomaでは現在までわれわれの渉猟しえた範囲では73例であり，本邦での報告は4例にすぎない．すでにわれわれが報告した脳実質内出血を伴ったmeningiomaの症例^18）で，摘出2年後に同部位の再発と肺転移を認め，さらに半年後に肝転移で死亡した症例を経験した．若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A case of meningioma with extracranial multiple meta-stases is reported in this paper. The patient was a 21 yearsold womm. The removal of the convexity meningiomaand the surrounding intracerebral hematoma in the leftoccipital region was performed. The histological diagnosisof the tumor was malignant fibroblastic meningioma. Thepatient was given radiotherapy, 6000 rads in the wholebrain.

Two years later, the recurrence occurred. The meta-stasis appeared to the lung and six months later to the liver.There occurred an intraperitoneal bleeding from multipleliver metastases and the patient died in November, 1980.
