Ⅰ．緒言

　原発性脳腫瘍が，中枢神経系外へ転移することは非常に少なく，meningioma, glioblastoma, medulloblastomaなどでその報告例が，時々みられるにすぎない．そのため，転移の原因，経路などに関しては不明の部分が多く，その実態は明らかでない．

　最近，われわれは小脳のmedulloblastoma剔出3年6カ月後に局所再発が生じ，再別出2年後に，リンパ節，骨などの全身性転移の認められた症例を経験したので，その詳細を報告し，転移を生じる要因について考察を加る．

A case of medulloblastoma with extracranial metastases was reported.

A 20-year-old woman was operated on for cerebellar medulloblastoma twice during the past 5 years and a half. Two years after the second operation, she revealed the metastases to the cervical, axillar and inguinal lymphnodes, and to the skeletal system, such as the skull, scapula, humerus, sternum, spine, pelvis and femur.
