脳血管撮影に合併した綿線維塞栓の1例

Cotton Fiber Cerebral Emboli following Carotid Angiography:A case report

I．はじめに

　経皮的頸動脈穿刺による脳血管撮影は手技が比較的容易なことから今日広く行われているが，検査による合併症には充分な注意が必要である．

　われわれは脳血管撮影に合併したと考えられる綿線維による脳塞栓の1症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

Twenty two years old male had two fusiform aneurysmsof the left middle cerebral artery branches. They weretrapped and resected. One of them had cotton fiber emboliin the endothelium. These cotton fiber emboli were suspectedto be a complication of percutaneous carotid angiography.
