Ⅰ．症例
患者：平○尚○ 42歳 女 主婦
主訴：頭痛，頸部痛
A 43-year-old female visited our hospital complaining of headache, photopsia and metamorphopsia. Neurological examination revealed no abnormality. The plane skull film showed two small calcifications in the occipital midline region and enlargement of meningeal grooves. 99mTc-pertechnatate brain scan showed increased activity in the occipital region. CT confirmed a lesion, centrally calcified and peripherally slightly high dense. Angiogram ditected only one tumor.
