Ⅰ．緒言

　静脈性血管腫は脳の血管性奇形の中では，動静脈奇形とならぶ主要なものの一つであるが，臨床的に診断され治療の対象となる例は極めて少ない．1968年，Constansら^2）が本疾患2例の脳血管撮影所見を報告して以来，1976年までに8例の症例が報告され，その極めて特異的な脳血管撮影所見が明らかになって来た．しかし本邦にはその報告は見られない．われわれは脳血管撮影で特徴的所見を示し，手術および組織学的検索によって，脳の静脈性血管腫と診断した1例を経験したので報告し文献的考察を加える．

Venous angioma is one of the most common type of vascular malformations of the brain, whereas it is the most rare clinically. Only 8 cases of venous angiomas demonstrated by angiography have been reported previously. A case of cerebral venous angioma demonstrated angiographically was reported.

A 28-year-old male was admitted to Musashino Red Cross Hospital on October 22, 1975, because of increased frequency of convulsive attacks which had first occurred in September 1972. Neurological examination revealed no abnormalities except for slight hyperesthesia of the right extremities. Lumbar puncture yielded an initial pressure of 130 mmH2O.
