Parkinsonismを呈した穹窿部髄膜腫の1例

A Case of Convexity Meningioma presenting Parkinsonism

Ⅰ．はじめに

　脳腫瘍患者の経過中にparkinsonismを呈する例があることは，今井，平山^4）によれば，既に1920年代から知られており，日常，臨床においてこのような症例に遭遇することは決してまれなことではないと思われるが，わが国における症例報告は意外に少なく，まだわずか数例に過ぎない^{1，3，4，6，7，12）}．

　われわれは最近，parkinsonismを呈した大脳穹窿部髄膜腫の患者で腫瘍摘出によりparkinsonisinが治癒した例を経験したのでここに報告する．

The patient was a 52-year-old woman who had been healthy until the spring of 1973, when she developed motor weakness and tremor in the left upper extremity. These symptoms progressed, and additionally she began to suffer from weakness and gait disturbance of the right lower extremity one year later. In the spring of 1975 she noted a new tremor in the right upper extremity. She was admitted to the Iwate Medical University Hospital on the 21st of April, 1975. On admission, an examination revealed disorientation in time, memory impairment, and impared mental calculation.
