はじめに

　失行は，脳血管障害などの局在性脳損傷患者を取り扱う神経疾患臨床の現場では，比較的頻繁に遭遇する症状である。

　たとえば，顔面・上肢の観念運動失行は，左半球症状として失語症に合併しやすく，この失行の有無と重症度が失語症状全体の重症度と相関することも明らかにされている（Kertesz，1984）。

Apraxic symptoms in Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Creutzfeldt-Jakob's disease (CJD) were re-viewed.

Alzheimer's disease.

Visuoconstructive ability is affected first, followed by ideomotor and ideational apraxias. Visuocon-structive ability, when assesed by drawing task, is affected even in the early stage of AD. Drawingimpairment is relatively independent of language or memory impairment. On the other hand, ideomotor apraxia is commonly seen in the mid-and late stages of AD.
