出生前に発症したと思われる精索捻転症

Prenatal Torsion of the Spermatic Cord

　出生前精索捻転症と診断した1例を経験したので報告する。分娩1週前の母体超音波断層像にて胎児の左陰嚢の腫大を認め，出生前精索捻転症を疑われた。しかし長時間経過していると考えられたため，厳重な経過観察のみとした。2か月後，左陰嚢を切開し，完全に壊死し萎縮した精巣・精巣上体を認め，精巣摘除術を施行した。

A case of prenatal torsion of the spermatic cord is reported.Before the birth, left testis was suspected abnormally enlarged on ultrasonography. Because the recovery of testis was not expected, surgical exploration was performed 2 months later. The completely necrotized and atrophied intrascrotal contents including testis and epididymis were found and removed.
