　34歳，男性。1991年4月12日に第1腰髄完全損傷。主な尿路管理は自己導尿であったが，1997年6月に仙骨部褥瘡にて当院を受診した。入院してピオクタニンによる褥瘡部消毒を開始するも陰嚢部の腫脹が出現し，やがて壊疽，潰瘍化したため泌尿器科へ転科した。ピオクタニンの中止および対症的な洗浄と消毒に切り替え，治癒に至った。

A 34-year-old paraplegic patient due to L-1 spinal cord injury came to our hospital for sacral decubitus. He was admitted to the hospital and started to disinfect the decubitus using Pyoktanin. But about a month later, developed swell-ing, ulcer and necrosis of his scrotum, so he was transferred from orthopedic department to us and we discontinued to use the Pyoktanin and started to use Isotonic Sodium and Chlorhexidine gluconate to disinfect scrotum. About 6 weeks later the injury of the scrotum became well.
