前立腺乳頭状腺癌の1例

Papillary Adenocarcinoma of the Prostate:A Case Report

　83歳，男性。頻尿を主訴に来院。膀胱鏡検査にて前立腺部尿道に小指頭大の乳頭状腫瘍を認めたため，尿道腫瘍の診断のもと経尿道的切除術を行った。組織学的には前立腺乳頭状腺癌の診断を得た。術後に放射線療法を行い，現在抗男性ホルモン療法にて経過観察中である。術後8か月が経過したが，再発，転移は認めていない。

A 83-year-old man with the chief complaint of pollakisuria consulted our division in February, 1998. On urethroscopy, a papillary tumor of a small finger tip size was found in the prostatic urethra and the tumor was resected transure-thrally. Histopathological examination showed papillary adenocarcinoma with positive PSA stain immunohis-tochemically. Radiation therapy and antiandrogen therapy was performed as an adjuvant therapy. Eight months after the operation, he remains alive without any sign of recur-rence or metastasis.
