Abstract 文献概要

　症例は，血精液症と左鼠径部痛のため受診した52歳男性。精査で尿道後方，正中線上に，両側の精路が開口し，尿道とも交通のある嚢胞状腫瘤が認められ，尿生殖洞嚢胞と診断した。経尿道的に著しく膨隆した精丘底部の外尿道口側を横切開した。術後，血精液症は治癒し，嚢胞は縮小した。精巣上体炎は生じなかった。尿生殖洞嚢胞としては，本邦2例目であった。

A 52 year old man visited the our clinic complainig of hematospermia and left inguinal pain. He was found to have a midline retroprostatic cyst which communicated with bilateral ejaculatory ducts. And the vesiculography revealed the cyst connected with the urethra.

Tranverse incision was made at the bottom of the verumotanum transurethrally. After this operation, the cyst collapsed and he became free of symptoms.

This was the second case reported as urogenital sinus cyst in Japan.
