- Abstract 文献概要
腎瘻カテーテルを約5ヵ月間留置したためカテーテル周囲付着結石になり，経皮的に抜去不能となった1例を経験した．カテーテルは硬膜外麻酔下，経尿道的に硬性尿管鏡で逆行性に抜去した．
The patient was 39-year old woman, who had undergone left nephrectomy for renal stone at the time of 21-year old. She consulted our hospital complaining of the right flank pain and the next day we performed right nephrostomy because of the obstructive renal failure by right ureteral stone. When she visied our clinic about 5 months later, percutaneous removal of the catheter failed. We found the stone around the tip of the catheter. About 11 months later, the catheter was successfully removed by means of the transurethral endoscopic manipulation.
