陰茎絞扼症の2例を報告する。症例は61歳および49歳男性。いずれも悪戯にて金属輪を陰茎に挿入後，抜去不可能となり陰茎腫脹および疼痛のために来院した。金属輪は工事用電気グラインダーにて切断除去し得た。絞扼時間は各々約72時間，7時間であった。症例1は陰茎皮膚の壊死のため，除去後26日目に自家皮膚移植術を必要とした。
A 61-year-old male and a 49-year-old male visited our hospital, because of edematous swelling and pain due to incarceration of the penis. They put metal rings on their penis for mischief. The metal rings were successfully removed by means of electric grinder. The first case needed autotransplantation of the skin.
