　症例は62歳女性。頻尿を主訴とし繰り返す膀胱炎の精査を希望して来科。膀胱鏡検査にて黄色の境界明瞭な腫瘤を認め，膀胱腫瘍疑いにて入院した。TUR施行し病理学的検索にて特徴的なMichaelis-Gutmann小体を有する膀胱マラコプラキアと診断された。右尿管閉塞に対して膀胱部分切除術および膀胱尿管新吻合術を施行した。術後膀胱鏡検査にて残存腫瘤を認めたため塩化ペタネコールの投与開始，腫瘤縮小を認め尿路感染の再発もない。

A case of malakoplakia of the urinary bladder in a 62-year-old woman with the chief complaints of pollakisuria was reported. Urinalysis showed pyuria and cystoscopic examination revealed several yellow nodular masses with petechiae, clearly demarcated from normal mucosa. Transurethral resec-tion was performed. Pathohistologically, the lesions consisted of aggregates of macrophage in which typical Michaelis-Gutmann bodies were found. From this findings, this case was diagnosed as malako-plakia of the urinary bladder. We performed partial cystectomy and ureterocystoneostomy.
