膀胱癌剖検例31例の統計的観察

STATISTICAL OBSERVATIONS OF 31 AUTOPSY CASES OF BLADDER CANCER

緒言

　当教室における膀胱癌剖検例に関しては，第53回日本泌尿器科学会総会（1965）^1）および第4回癌治療学会総会（1966）^2）において報告したが，その後さらに症例が増加したので全例につき総合的に検討した成績について報告する。

Statistical studies on 31 autopsied cases who died of cancer of the bladder were reported. These cases were divided into a group who underwent surgical treatment including 19 cases and another group who did not have any surgical operation directly to their bladder which included 12 cases and were compaired. The group who underwent surgery showed a higher incidence of spreading (infiltration) and metastasis compaired to the non-surgical group.
