- Abstract 文献概要
結腸癌を原発とする右転移性精索腫瘍の1例を報告した。患者は51歳で当科初診の7年前に横行結腸癌切除術をうけている。摘出標本の腫瘍性変化は精索に限局しており，病理組織学的診断は粘液腺癌であり横行結腸癌の再発と考えられた。転移性精索腫瘍はきわめて稀であるが，自験例は結腸原発の転移性精索腫瘍としては本邦5例目である。
A 51-year-old male patient was admitted with the chief complaint of painless tumor in the rightinguinal region. He had a history of colon resection for transverse colon cancer 7 years previously.As the tumor was suspected of neoplastic lesion, right radical orchiectomy was carried out. The tumorws found in the right spermatic cord, but the right epidydimis and testicle were intact. Histopathologicalexamination of the resected tumor revealed metastatic mucinous adenocarcinoma and diagnosed as alate recurrence from the transverse colon cancer.
