副腎癌の肝転移に選択的動注化学療法を行った1例

47歳女性に発生した男性化クッシング症候群を伴う右副腎癌に対して原発巣切除を行い，肝転移巣に対しては選択的動注化学療法と全身化学療法を併用した。転移性肝腫瘍に対する治療は動注療法が最も有効とされているが，本症例でも転移巣の部分寛解が得られたことから本療法の有用性が示唆された。
47-year old femal having right adrenocortical carcinoma with liver metastases was treated with right adrenalectnmy and selective intra-arterial chemotherapy for the liver metastases and then systemic chemotherapy. The intra-arterial chemotherapy provided a partial tumor response for the liver metastases, indicating the usefullness of selective chemotherapy in the treatment of adrenocortical carcinoma.
