緒言

　女子良性尿道腫瘍は比較的少ない。今回われわれは，尿道外への脱出嵌頓を反復し，そのたびに尿道出血，排尿困難を来すという臨床経過をもつ尿道の良性腫瘍を経験したので報告する。

A 63-year-old woman visited our hospital with complaints of urethral bleeding, voiding difficulty and a red bean-sized tumor at the external urethral orifice.

Her history dates back to 37 and 38 years of her age when the first urethral bleeding occurred during her first and second pregnancies. She had noted a difficulty to void 2 years before and later noticed a mass at her urethral meatus.

Initially, she could push back a mass into her urethra and voiding difficulty dissappeared. As the episode recurred, the self-manipulation of the tumor became difficult.
