外尿道口より脱出した尿管瘤の1例

PROLAPSED URETEROCELE: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　尿管瘤は，尿管膀胱移行部に発生する疾患としては比較的多く報告されてはいるが，尿道外にまで脱出せる症例報告は少ない。これは，尿管下端が嚢状に拡張し膀胱内に隆起する現象であり，発生原因や治療法についてなお今日でもいろいろと議論されている疾患である。私達は，最近尿道外に脱出せる尿管瘤の1例を経験したので文献的考察を加え報告する。

A forty year old house wife visited our clinic with the chief complaint of dysuria and tumor of the external genitalia. Gross appearance of the tumor was darkred in color with smooth surface, fluctuated of a hen-egg size and was not adhered to the urethra nor vagina. Cystoscopic examination revealed right normal ureteral orifice but left ureteral orifice was not clearly identified due to the left lateral wall being tracted towads the internal urethral orifice.
