緒言
多発性内分泌腺腫瘍症，multiple endocrineneoplasia （以下MENと略す）は，2種以上の内分泌腺に過形成あるいは腫瘍を合併する稀な疾患で，現在ではMEN1型，2a型および2b型の3つに分類されている。
今回われわれは粘膜神経腫，甲状腺髄様癌および右副腎褐色細胞腫を伴うMEN2b型の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 22-year-old female visited our hospital with complaints of lip hypertrophy, multiple tongue tumors and hypertension. Plastic resection of her lip revealed mucosal. neuroma. Her serum calcitonin, carcinoembryonic antgien and urinary catecholamin levels were elevated. Total thyroidectomy and right adrenalectomy revealed that she had medullary carcinoma of the thyroid and benign pheochromocytoma.
As for multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 b, this is the 8 th case reported in Japan.
