緒言

　先天性前部尿道弁は前部尿道粘膜から膜様物が弁状に形成され，尿路の通過障害を来す稀な疾患であり，本邦では現在までに28例が報告されているにすぎない。

　今回，われわれは本症の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 9-year-old male was admitted for evaluation of fever with pyuria and dysuria. Intravenous pyelogram showed bilateral blunting calyces and dilatation of the ureters. Voiding cystourethrogram demonstrated the right complete vesicoureteral reflux and abrupt narrowing of the stream in the middle portion of anterior urethra, where a liniar filling defect was recognized on retrograde urethro-gram. Endoscopic examination revealed semilunar membranous fold on the ventral wall. The valve was resected transurethrally.
