膀胱結石52症例の検討および電気水圧式砕石術の経験

CLINICAL STATISTICS OF FIFTYTWO CASES OF BLADDER STONES:EXPERIENCE OF ELECTROHYDRAULIC LITHOTRIPSY

緒言

　膀胱結石は尿路結石症の中でも比較的頻度が低く，当科における過去10年間の統計においても，全尿路結石症のうちで4.4％をしめるにすぎない。今回われわれは1964年1月から1979年4月までに当科に入院して治療を行なつた膀胱結石患者52例の臨床統計を行なうとともに，最近われわれが好んで行なつている電気水圧式砕石術の有用性について報告する。

Fifty-two patients with bladder stones, treated from 1964 through 1979 at Yokohama City University Hospital, were studied for the age distribution, chief complaints, etiological factors, size and chemical compositions of the stones, operative methods and recurrence.

Eighty-eight per cent of the cases were male patients most commonly due to the lower urinary tract obstruction. The age incidence was widely distributed as compared with urolithiasis of upper urinary tracts. Eighty-five per cent of the stones were less than 4 cm in diameter and 80% of the cases had one stone in the bladder.
