緒言

　副腎髄質組織の異所的存在は傍節（パラガングリオン）としてしばしばみられるが，副腎皮質組織の異所的存在の報告は少ない。また，異所的副腎皮質由来の腺腫，すなわち補副腎皮質腺腫がホルモン過剰症状をひきおこした症例の報告は極めて稀である。われわれは最近Cushing症候群の臨床症状を呈し，手術にて補副腎皮質腺腫を確認した1例を経験したので報告する。

The patient was 45 year-old woman, with a history of hypertension and obesity for several years. She had left hemiplegia due to cerebral thrombosis since May, 1973. In August 1975, she was admitted to Bokuto Metropolitan Hospital with the complaint of headache, nausea and mental disturbances. Cushing's syndrome due to adrenal tumor was suspected endocrinologically. Then, she was referred to our hospital. On November 17, 1976, the surgical exploration was performed. A tumor, measuring 3 x 3 x 2 cm, weighing 10.4 g, was found at the right renal hilus and was removed. Histology disclosed adrenocortical adenoma.
