緒言

　腎には各種の先天性奇形が多く認められているが，この中で交叉性腎変位は比較的まれである。最近，われわれは交叉性腎変位の中のL型腎で，椎骨奇形と不完全重複腎盂尿管の奇形を合併した1例を経験したので報告する。

This report deals with a case of a fused crossed ectopic kidney in 62 years old man, who complained disturbances on urination. The excretory urogram revealed the translocation of left kidney into the right pelvic cavity across the abdominal midline and an imcomplete duplication of the right ureter. The angiography and renal scintigram showed typical "L" shaped kidney. Two renal asteries from abdominal aorta and additional three small arteries from aortic bifurcation supplied the blood to the fused kidney.
