Abstract 文献概要

　小児陰茎に発生した腫瘍を摘除したところ，その病理組織が精巣に発生する胎児性癌に類似したので，報告し，文献的考察を試みる。

A case of penile tumor with histopathological diagnosis of embryonal cell carcinoma in a 4 years old boy was reported. A hard tumor of a finger tip size, gradually growing at the ventral side of the penis close to the frenulum was noticed by his mother. Simple resection of the tumor was done without difficulty but the histopathological finding revealed an embryonal cell carcinoma usually seen in the gonadal malignancy.

Although another types of neoplasm such as mesothelial or endothelial ones should be differentiated, the boy is doing quite well without any evidence of recurrence at present almost ten months following surgery.
