緒言
原発性男子尿道癌は稀な疾患で，本邦では1912年，久留1）の報告が最初である。最近，著者は尿道海綿体部扁平上皮癌の1例を治療し報告すると共に，併せて本邦93例を集計し統計的考察を行なつた。
This is a case of primary urethral cancer of 65 years-old male with chief complaints of dysuria, palpable mass and hematuria. The preoperative diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma of carvernous portion of urethra was made by urethrography and urinary cytology.
The penile amputation with urethral plastics of perineum was done. Preoprative and postoperative Bleomycin therapy (total dosage of 300mg) was administrated. The patient was well without reccurence up until 6 months after the operation.
