はじめに
尿路感染症の診断には尿中細菌定量培養は不可欠であり，またその治療には培養生育細菌の各種薬剤に対する感受性試験は不可欠である。しかし，定量培養の標準法はかなり繁雑な操作を要し，しかもその感受性判明までにはやや長時間を要するという欠点があつた。この前段階の問題の簡便法として，いくつかの方法が紹介され，著者らの一人三橋1）はDip Slide法を検討，その日常臨床上の有用性を報告した。この方法は従来の他の方法と異なり，培地を用いるので菌の同定が可能である点が最大の長所と見なされた。したがつて今回はこの方法を用いて直接法による感受性試験が臨床応用上可能であるか否かを検討したので，以下これについて報告する。
It is essential to do a urinary bacterial count culture for the diagnosis of urinary infection and also sensitivity test to various drugs of the cultured bacteria for treatment. The standard method (indirect method) for quanitative culture requires complicated procedure and another demerit is that it takes a rather long time to estimate the results. Some simple methods were introduced and Dip Slide method is highly recommended for daily clinical use.
The possibility of sensitivity test by direct method using this techniqe for clinical use, was evaluated and the following results were obtained.
