緒言
諸検査によつても診断できないような小さな腎癌に腎被膜下出血（血腫）を伴う症例がしばしば報告されている。それ故，腎被膜下出血の診断に重点がおかれ，X線学的診断法の進歩とともに，本症の術前診断法に関する工夫がいろいろと考案されている。
最近，筆者らは腎被膜下出血を伴う左腎腫瘍症例を経験したので，これを報告するとともに腎被膜下出血の術前診断に関する文献的考察を行なつた。
Cases of renal cell carcinoma complicated with subcapsular hematoma are rather rare.
A 39 year old female with a left abdominal mass which was pointed out by a local doctor, visited our clinic for further evaluation.
Laboratory examination revealed delay (34 min.) of blood coagulating time and renal tumor was found by scout film, excretory pyelogram and selective renal arteriogram but infusion nephrotomography was not performed.
Left nephrectomy was done through a flank incision and subcapsular hematoma was noticed by puncture of the lateral margin of the lower pole.
