緒言
腎実質の悪性腫瘍においては，adenocarcinoma（Grawitz's tumor）が過半数を占め，国内および国外を問わず多数の報告例をみる。しかし，腎実質癌に結石の併発する頻度はきわめて少ないものである。一方，腎盂腫瘍ことに腎盂癌では約20％前後に結石を併有するといわれ，合併頻度は腎実質癌のそれに比べ箸しく高い。
わたくしは，腎・尿管結石性水腎症の診断を下し，腎切石術を行なつたところ，腎癌の存在を認め，腎・尿管剔出術に変更，術後5年7ヵ月を経過した現在きわめて健康である症例について報告するとともに，術前になぜ確診を下し得なかつたかを反省し，わが国における本症の文献的考察を行なつた。
A case of renal carcinoma complicated with urinary calculi in a 56 year old male, who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of left flank pain, was reported and X-ray examination revealed left renal and ureteral calculi. Left pyelolithotomy was planned for left renal calculi but renal carcinoma was found at the middle region of the left kidney during surgery, and left nephroureterectomy was perfor-med.
The removed kidney weighed 440g, sized 17 × 10 × 18 cm and the stone was located at the middle part of the pelvis.
