緒言

　逆行性射精は，その大部分の症例が原因と結果の明白な医原性のものであり，idiopathischのものは少ないとされている。われわれは最近，医原性でない逆行性射精の症例で膀胱頸部縫縮術により軽快せしめた2例を経験したのでここに報告する。

Most of the cases of retrograde ejaculation are iatrogenic with clear cause and results. The treat-ment would be discontinuance of drug if it was the cause and no other method except thorough treat-ment of the causative disease would be the direct treatment of choice for retrograde ejaculation are reported in the literature. There are some reports concerning normal ejaculation by irritating the blad-der neck with urethral sounds and instilation of 1/3000 strength silver nitrate solution in the posterior urethra for those cases without remarkable wide internal urethral orifice.
